After months of planning the most exciting part of redesigning your home is seeing your design come to life, evolving from a rough sketch then technical drawings to reality. Regina has expertise in project management and can offer her services to help plan, organise, and oversee your project from initiation to completion, this position involves planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently.

Regina’s experience includes managing new builds, the renovation of numerous period homes, and the complexity of renovating an apartment.

So the design details are finalised and the construction phase is about to commence, inevitably there will be an abundance of decisions to be made during the construction process but most of the significant decisions should be confirmed before the renovation commences.

After the initial site meeting and an introduction to the team, the process begins, from the inception of the construction phase Regina will assume responsibility for relaying the design brief and specifications to the contractors.

She will continuously motivate and manage your team while overseeing all work in progress.

She will assure that all details of the brief are being implemented and liaise with all the tradespeople and suppliers.

Regular site meetings will be scheduled to confirm final decisions and troubleshoot when necessary, Regina will also anticipate lead times constantly analysing the performance to ensure the project is moving according to plan.
